Indo Pacific to Hawaii, also Indian Ocean but recognized as separate species

 I painted this right after my last trip to Maui. While we often saw these during our regular dives, it was because of our occasional snorkeling outings near our resort that we became delighted with these fish. They quickly became the favorite fish of our friend, Sheri, who excitedly exclaimed as we swam along “Did you see that fish with the orange spines!” This is my rendition in all its magnificent colors.

Printed on 100% cotton museum grade white Fine Art paper and personally signed by Steve.
